Price of Goods
The price listed on the website includes V.A.T. but not any other relevant import, export or local taxes that are relevant to you the purchaser. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We offer Tax Free shopping for non-EU customers.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please Note: We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded.
Trade Description
We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur and manufacturers’ specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/ items or the option of having the item charged to you and then sent on when it comes into stock if this can be possible within a reasonable amount of time.

RIGHT REFUSE ORDERS OR TO CANCEL
We reserve the right to refuse any order or to cancel any purchase, irrespective of the grounds. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order which we have already accepted) in the following situations (amongst others), without being held liable for any damage or costs:
The product is not available / in stock (any payment will be refunded)
The bank details are incorrect or unverifiable
The order has been detected by our security systems as an unusual order or an order which could be an act of fraud
If the information that the Buyer has filled in is incorrect and/or incomplete, or if the Seller is reasonably entitled to doubt whether that is the case.
If the Buyer has already failed to comply with his/her payment obligations towards the Seller in the past.
If the Buyer’s payment is not received within the agreed term
